This Big Herb planter double-walled fabric garden planter will allow your vegetables, herbs, fruit, and flowers to thrive, thanks to air pruning. Made from recycled plastic bottles, the planter offers better growth results compared to traditional ceramic or plastic pots. Equipped with eyelets to allow better air circulation and strong handles to move around easily.

What is air pruning?

In plastic or terracotta pots, roots have nowhere to spread and will circle round and round. This is bad for healthy growth and chokes the plant. With the BloemBagz, the roots grow to the side of the fabric and then hit the air. The root tip then dries out, and new root growth begins laterally - as side shoots from the interior portion of the root. This process continues as the plant builds a fuller root structure, using every square inch of the Smart Pot. More roots mean more nourishment means healthier and stronger plants with bigger yields.

he planters are machine washable so they can be re-used, and can also be easily folded for storage purposes. Ideal for both exterior and interior use - great for keeping near a sunny window so your fresh herbs are always to hand. This planter is available in the colour brown and green, and holds a capacity of 19 litres (669 imperial fluid ounces).

Measurements of the planter is 30cm diameter (11.8 inches) and is 28cm (11 inches) high.
