Nutley’s postage information


At Nutley’s, our mission is to ensure all of our customers receive their orders as fast as possible. To guarantee this, all orders placed before 12 noon between Monday and Friday are despatched on the same day. If we have any issues with fulfilling your order, we will contact you within 24 working hours to inform you.


UK postage cost


Second Class postage within the UK is included in the price of all items, with the exception of our Organic Plug Plants.  For this service we use both Royal Mail and UK Mail. Our lighter parcels are sent with Royal Mail and our heavier orders are delivered by UK Mail.


For a speedier, next-day delivery there is an additional charge of £4.50 per order.


For deliveries that need to be sent courier via UK Mail, delivery notifications will be sent if you provide your email address and/or phone number when you place your order.


Overseas postage cost


For parcels being sent outside of the UK, our flat-rate postage cost is £9.50. However, some items exceed our size and weight restrictions so are unable to be sent overseas. If this is the case, we reserve the right to cancel these orders.


When will my order arrive?


All of our orders are despatched within 1 working day, and many orders are dispatched same day if ordered before 12 noon. Our working days are Monday to Friday. The estimated delivery times for each of our postage options are as follows:


  • Free Second Class: 3-5 working days
  • Royal Mail First Class: 1-2 working days
  • Free Standard Courier: 1-3 working days
  • 24-hour Courier: delivery next day
  • Airmail: up to 10 working days


Help! My parcel hasn’t arrived

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your return postage costs unless the item is faulty, or not as described. If this is the case, we do not usually require the item to be returned at all. If you have received a broken item, it would be very helpful for you to send us a photo of the damage if you are able to and we can look into resolving this for you. If you wish to return your order, please do so within 14 days.
