A new addition to the Merryhill range - white mushrooms! Nothing beats the flavour of freshly picked mushrooms, and it's great fun watching them grow - children love them too. Each pot contains pre-spawned mycelium and a top layer of casing compost. The fruiting mushrooms are already at the pinhead stage. All you need to do is spray daily with a mister to keep the compost moist, and the mushrooms will get bigger. Once picked, more will follow, and each pot has enough for several weeks worth of cropping.
The idea temperature for the mushrooms to grow is 17 degrees, so try to keep as close to this temperature as possible. In general, the cooler the better.
Full growing advice is on the side of the pot, where it is always to hand. And we are always happy to answer any questions at all you may have. For any help, please don't hesitate to message us, or call us on 01903 233299.
