A lovely little terracotta garlic keeper from Dexam, a great way to store garlic bulbs to keep them fresh and in good condition until you are ready to use them. Garlic should not be kept in a refridgerator, it's best kept at room temperature in a well-ventilated container. The holes in the terracotta pot ensure good ventilation, reducing humidity and light, which then reduces the liklihood of germination and sprouting. To clean, handwash the pot in warm, soapy water ad dry thoroughly.
