Ideally, sow this beetroot variety anytime between March and July, thinly, and in shallow drills where you want it to grow. As thin as necessary – with a smaller gap for young, babyleaf growth, and a larger gap for bigger greens. Beetroot is a perfect crop for beginners, as you can sow small batches at fortnightly intervals for successive crops.
Allow 20-30cm between rows.
