Rocket can be grown in the beds or containers, ideally in a sunny spot. Sow direct outdoors from April-September, around 1cm deep. If you are sowing several rows, space them 15cm apart. Thin seedlings to 15cm apart when they are large enough to handle. These leaves can be used in salads. For growing in the winter, sow under cover or in a greenhouse.
