Nutley's Wooden Spatula

A good way to test the set is to push the mixture on the back of a spoon - if it wrinkles, it's pretty much ready.  So this wooden stirring spoon, with its two backs, is perfect for cooking up jams, chutneys and all kinds of home-made preserves.  Made with the naturally antiseptic qualities of maple wood.  

As it's made in Germany where forests are all well-managed and sustainable, it doesn't need to be FSC-certified.  Measurements: 31cm total length, 5.3cm wide.
